The subgrade of the development section of National Highway 345 was basically completed, and the bridge was 60% completed. Construction of the southern section of Xinji started. The pavement reconstruction project of Gaoyou West Section of Provincial Highway 333, the section from East Outer Ring Road to Zhuangyuangou Bridge was completed and passed the handover acceptance. Construction of Jiangdu pilot section of 353 provincial highway started. The eight lanes of the main line of the expansion project of Yangzhou section of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway have been basically completed, and the land construction project of Yangzhou section of Ningyan Expressway is ahead of the whole line.

The maintenance investment was 380 million yuan, exceeding the annual plan by 31%, a record high. 72 kilometers of major and medium-sized maintenance projects were carried out, 3 bridges were demolished and rebuilt, 130 bridges were upgraded, 13 bridges were arrested, and 6 bridge health monitoring systems were built.
