According to the Afghan Interior Ministry, at about 19: 06 local time on April 30th, a hotel in Pulalam, the capital of Luger Province, was attacked by a car bomb, killing at least 30 people.
According to Hasib Stanekzai, the head of the provincial council, the hotel was previously the residence of the former head of the provincial council, and now it has been handed over to the public for use and used as a guest house in Azr district of the province. The attackers drove trucks into the area at about 18: 30, saying that they came from a non-governmental organization and wanted to help the local people.
