The above-mentioned behavior of the parties violates the provisions of Paragraph 4 of Article 14, Paragraph 5 and Paragraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 20 of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices (Order No.739 of the State Council).
