You can also choose "Social Security Payment" through Alipay Citizen Center (Beijing) or WeChat "City Service (Beijing)-Social Security".

　　(1) Insured persons who are unwilling or unable to continue to participate in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in 2024, please go to the social security office where they are insured in time to go through the formalities of downsizing and avoid deduction.

　　(2) Persons who are eligible for exemption shall be provided with the list by the relevant functional departments to the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, and the insurance payment procedures shall be completed.
